Second floor renovation
New Castle, NY
For this second floor renovation of a split level home, we worked with the architect to create a new floor plan adapted to current clients needs. Walls were removed and new partitions created to make for new bedroom, bathroom and walk in closet space. Electrical, plumbing and HVAC were rerouted and upgraded. The new space was carefully finished, and will be enjoyed for the years to come.
Bathroom shower got renovated after a pan failure caused a leak.
This was the perfect chance to add a bit of spice to it. After leakage was fix, shower was tile in a classical subway stile. We added some spice with decorative borders and a custom niche.
Deck & Patio
Ardsley, NY
Composite deck extending from back to side of the house structure, along with patio and access walkways to front. Sloping grade made this project challenging, but different elevations were paired by creating an elevated landing were patio could laid. The blue stone and slate grey decking materials create a smooth visual transition.
