Exterior Painting.

Upon request of client, thorough evaluation of the condition of trim and stucco was performed prior to paining. Some areas needed carpentry repairs prior to paint, in addition new installation of garage windows, since current ones rot due to poor installation and lack of flashing. Owner decided to take this opportunity to chance the trim color and give a new curve appeal to his house.
